Just advertise your shop
Print up flyers and post them in places where you know women will see them, or pick out something really spectacular from your store, and wear it to a mall or a concert where there will be a lot of people, and then when someone asks you where you got it, tell them the name and location of the store without telling them it’s YOUR store.
Advertising is huge…have a day where you offer something free or discounted for the first so many people to come to your store. The more people in, the more likely you are to sell.
Consider online advertising and selling. Take pictures of the clothes, write a snappy description and post it online. Open a paypal account and you’ve just opened a second store.

How is your customers service, is your customers satisfied. How long is the boutique opened. What does your display look like, are your fashion good quality and are the prices matching, what are your hours, do you do house calls? Sometimes it take more that a year to see your profits.

1) Make your shop appealing from the outside - people are more likely to come into your shop if they see something that grabs their attention.
2) Trying hanging up some flyer’s at places like coffee shops, they usually have a place for this and it’s free.
3) Make it seem like the buyer is getting a good deal, meaning make regular priced items seem like they’re a bargain.

Well… you can start by knowing your target market.. if you already know that… differentiate your product, your customer must be able to find the reason why they should go to your shop not to your competitor.
so, your business is just starting so most likely your the sales representative of your own shop.. try to talk with your customer make the feel at home. Word of mouth is most convincing advertising yet economical…
Extra service is more beneficial because it can generate loyalty from the consumer, than lowering your price that sometimes detrimental for the business…

What are your expections? did you know that you should invest in your company at least 10 % of what your company brings in prior to salary and all that good stuff!
Have you reached out to your local radio stations they do lots of events and maybe you could do a branding fashion show! or a dress up doll on a web site with your clothing and BRAND your biz name!
What is the incrase your are looking for? is it realistic?
Have you took advancage of co-op?
What is your lost leader? (fyi lost leader is somethign you have of good quality that is marked cheap to get new people in the store)
what are some of the current offers you offer your returning coustomers!

What ideas have you brainstormed what events have you done were they sucessfull? what didn’t work? why didn’t it work?
i mean i could sit down and try to find out why your not making as much money as you want but you would have to pay me! sorry! but if you call your local radio station set up a meeting with an account manager they should do this for you!
but you have to be open and answer the direct questions so the Account manager can get to the bottom of your problem!
